Postcards from Jane Harrison, 1911-1912
Scope and Contents
The first post card, with a Newnham College printed header, was written by Jane Harrison in October 1911 to FMC in Cambridge, regarding text from the Orphic Hymns.
The other four post cards were written between 29 December 1911 and 5 January 1912 to FMC whilst he was on holiday in Switzerland,. Their main focus pertains to Harrison's reading of a draft of FMC's From Religion to Philosophy and her response to FMC's comments on a draft of Themis.
