Parnes - May 1918 [Πάρνηθα, Negatives], 1918-05
Scope and Contents
2 images of Parnes (ancient Greek Πάρνης , modern Greek Πάρνηθα or mount Parnitha). One image is of this mountainous, rural landscape north of Athens in Attika, the other of two men eated in the landscape - possubly AJBW and a friend. (However, until these negatives have postive prints made of them, it it is impossible to identify them definitively.)

Physical Description
2 monochrome negative photographic prints on celluloid, each 2 ½ x 4 ½ inches (quarter plate negatives). Good condition.
1 brown paper envelope W. 15.5 cm x H. 12.5 cm, handwritten in pencil by the original photography studio in Athens and also by AJBW, 'Parnes - May 1918'.
