Unlabelled album of photographs of archaeological sites taken by AJBW in Crete, possiby at Knossos and the palace of Zakros.
Only 5 ff. filled, 20 prints in all.
At the front 1 enclosure: an invoice for developing two rolls of film by R. B. Fleming Technical Photographer in Bloomsbury, dated 08/10/1920.

Soft back photograph album, grey paper cover with printed Art Nouveau floral motif in red and black, bound with a faded red cord. H. 15 x W. 25 cm
1 enclosure: 1 leaf of paper handwritten in ink
Each leaf of the album is composed of a cardboard backboard overlaid with a thinner card mount on recto and verso, tacked down on the short edge, allowing photographs to be eased out from the long top and bottom edge. Displays 2 photographs to a page, each mount aperture sized W. 2 ΒΌ x H. 4 inch).
Good condition, front board curling and worn at the edges.
The photographic prints are all monochrome, gelatin silver contact prints in good condition.
