Scope and Contents
Notes on a Hellenistic vase found at Abusir, Egypt together with brief details of comparanda found elsewhere, together with bibliographic references and museum numbers, particularly for the National Archaeological Museum of Athens. 30 blank ff., followed by notes on Hellenistic jewellery then a further11 blank ff., ending with some brief bibliographic notes on the back flyleaf.
The notebook is undated, presumed to be a record of Wace's intensive studies of Greek sculpture and art during his time as a student at the British School at Athens, 1902-1903.
