Piet de Jong sends his best wishes for Christmas and New Year. He tells Wace about his change of address.

The postcard shows the ascent of the Prophet Muhammad to Heaven, from a Persian MS. It is from the British Museum.

Physical Description

1 postcard handwritten in ink. The top right hand corner, where the stamp would have been affixed, has been torn off. Hence, the item cannot be definitvely dated but Wace's address is in London SW5, so this may have been when he was employed as Depity Keeper of Textiles at the Victoria and Albert Museum and resident in London, between 1924-1934.
