Biographical / Historical
Thomas Anlaby was the son of William and and Alice, née Ughtred. They lived in North Ferriby, Yorkshire. Thomas came up to Pembroke College as a Pensioner, possibly by 1431. He gained his MA in 1431. He was ordanied in 1438 and went on to be Rector of Everingham, Yorkshire. He compiled, by 1450, a cartulary of his estates. He also gave several books to Pembroke College in 1458.
