Biographical / Historical
Gandhi visited Cambridge very briefly in 1931 to hold a conference with a select group of Cambridge thinkers, both men and women, with regards to important issues which were being worked out at the Second Indian Round Table Conference in London, held from 7 September 1931 to 1 December 1931, in which Gandhi and the Indian National Congress participated.
