Biographical / Historical
A note on the back reads " 'The Interrogator' and its attendant drawings by Leonard Baskin form part of the Cave Birds sequence of poems written by Ted Hughes for the Ilkley Literature Festival, 1975. Poem and drawing are here published for the first time by permission of the poet and artist. This sheet and the facsimile of an early draft of 'The Interrogator' have been printed for the Festival by The Scholar Press, Ilkley in an edition of 250 copies of which this is number 137".
