Stokdall et al conveyed to the College a tenement at Layer Breton, Essex, a tenement at Barton, Cambridgeshire and a tenement at Whitwell, Derbyshire with lands belonging to each. The deed gives the first nomination to Robert Sympson (Symson) and the Fellow is to receive £4 yearly.
