Correspondence concerning repairs to the barn, the purchase of the farm in 1943, repairs to the Bullock Yard, repairs to farm buildings, sale of 2.75 acres to St. Ives Rural District Council (for a sewerage disposal plant) [did not occur], building of a new cart hovel, rental payments by Mrs Longland, summary of expenditure on the farm (1944-1955), general repairs to the farm, draft annual tenancy agreement, sale of the farm and subsequent sale by Mr Silk. Also includes a report on the condition of the farm by Bidwell and Son, 5 December 1956 and the sale particulars, 8 July 1957.

Biographical / Historical
Wood Farm (containing approximately 208 acres) was bought by the College in August 1943 for £3,650 from Mrs Catherine Beatrice Longland. It was sold in September 1957 to Mr Anthony Silk for £4500.
