Also includes a report on the condition of the farm by Bidwell and Son, 5 December 1956 and the sale particulars, 8 July 1957.

Biographical / Historical

Wood Farm (containing approximately 208 acres) was bought by the College in August 1943 for £3,650 from Mrs Catherine Beatrice Longland. It was sold in September 1957 to Mr Anthony Silk for £4500.
