Scope and Contents
This relates mainly to his days at Aldenham school, his military training there, his time at Selwyn and in the Boat Club as well as members of his family and friends with various family gatherings. There are various shots of the College buildings and student life including sleeping out in Long vac term 1923. Most of the photographs have been identified by McEldowney but some have been included out of chronological sequence. Photos include: 2nd May VIII 1922, Bill Phillips the boatman, Long Vac 1922, 1st Lent VIII 1923, Winners of College Light Pairs 1922-3: Mac & Griff, Long Vac 1923: sleeping out by the temporary building, Views of Old Court 1923-4 (interesting for the evolution of paths, trees), College Servants 2nd VIII 1923, Mac in plus fours with pipe posed in Old Court, 1st and 2nd Lent VIIIs 1924, Putney 1924, with Steve Fairbairn, Hermes Society 1924, (fully captioned).

This album was digitised as part of the Digitisation programme in 2014 and subsequently received conservation repair and was rehoused in 2015
