Correspondence and papers relating to John Coleridge Patteson’s pectoral cross which his sister, Frances, gave to Selwyn College after the death of her brother. With a sketch and two photographs of cross which is now embedded in middle of altar table (one exact size and one enlarged). The cross was inscribed "In remembrance of WM" who was Matilda Neill, the governess for the Patteson siblings when they were children.
