Scope and Contents

Five slim volumes of notes by Percy MacQueen on the methods of learning languages and Latin which are handwritten and include typed indexes; also a typescript manuscript explaining his career as Administrator in the Indian Civil Service and regrets at not learning to speak all the dialects. There is a note in the correspondence between MacQueen and the Librarian to say that the volumes were originally loose leaf and then later bound.
