Minutes and papers of the College Meeting. This meets once a year in the Michaelmas term and receives reports on the common goods (including college silver and college pictures) as well as the college gardens. The early minutes were recorded in volumes and subsequent minutes are held on paper and most recent are now held electronically. Some early minutes are indexed. Recent papers have been transferred at regular intervals from the Master's Assistant.

From 1957-1986 the reports of the Audit of Common Goods and some minutes of the SCR Committee, which reported to the College Meeting, were filed separately and then from 1986-1996 papers of both were filed with the minutes of the College Meeting. This changed again in 1996/7 when the SCR Committee became the Fellows Amenities Committee and very few of their reports or papers appear to have been filed with the papers of the College Meeting. Some of these latter papers were subsequently transferred to the Archives from a different source.
