The Personnel Department is also known as Human resources. A change in staffing duties in 2010 led to the creation of a new post called the HR and H&S Officer (Human Resources and Health & Safety Officer). In previously years staffing had been dealt with by the Bursar's Assistant (an overlap with the same member of staff as Bursar's Assistant and HR Officer).
