The booklet includes a biography of Harry Marshall Ward; also a section on various Cambridge Botany buildings, including detail of the history of the New Museums site and the presence of the Cambridge Philosophical Society there; also sections on various botanical disciplines and Cambridge figures active in those areas, many of whom were also members of the Cambridge Philosophical Society.
