File contains reports and notes, compiled after the events of 1969, on: invited VIPs; entertainment provided by the Vice-Chancellor of Cambridge University; arrangements for guests; dinner at St Catharine’s College, 3 November; garden party at St John’s College, 5 July; Rupert Hall’s history; exhibition on the history of the Society at the Scientific Periodicals Library, October – November; office organisation; and publicity and printing. Many of the reports were compiled by Miss J E Larter, Librarian and Executive Secretary, and some of them duplicate items listed at CPS 11/3/2/1/10.
