1) H B Leeson, addressed to the Rev G Peacock: no date, no title, but begins ‘The explosive nature of the compound resulting from the mixture of the Oxygen and Hydrogen Gases - - - has hitherto presented a - - - barrier to the free use of that powerful Agent in experimental researches’, illustrated;
2) J B Emmett, ‘Researches into the Mathematical Principles of Chemical Philosophy’, 15 pages, illustrated;
3) Very rough and much annotated / amended draft of a text beginning ‘It is here supposed that steam produces a vacuum - - - but this is far from being the case’;
4) S H Christie, Trinity College, ‘On the Laws according to which Masses of Iron influence Magnetic Needles’, read to the Society 15 May 1820.
