Note from the Treasurer exhorting members to pay subscriptions and arrears as soon as possible, 25 May 1835;
List of arrears of subscriptions, arranged by College then alphabetically, no date but probably 1820s?;
‘Cambridge Philosophical Society in account with J N Parker' [bookseller?: appears to be a record of stock of Transactions held by J N P to sell on behalf of the Society], 1847-48;
List of expenses paid by the Society to Prof Challis, 2 September 1851;
Receipt for £12 10s, being the quarterly salary of the Curator, due Michaelmas 1851, received from the Treasurer and signed W T Purchas, 29 September 1851;
Receipt for 5s received from the Society for ‘names of Preachers at Great St Mary’s from Mids. to Xmas’, signed H Smith, 26 December 1851;
‘List of those who are willing to become Subscribers to the News Room at a payment of £1 10s per annum’, 1 May 1856;
Additional signatures of those wishing to become subscribers to the News Room, forty additional names being needed to cover expenses (nine additional names only on this list), 14 May 1856;
List of signatures of those who ‘desire to have the Reading Room re-established after its connection with the Philosophical has terminated on Dec 31 1856’;
Letter from H F Newall to [A E] Shipley, Treasurer, concerning his perusal of the records of the Society’s investments, 1892-99, and his recommendation of investment of £94 for the Hopkins Fund, 17 March 1899;
Printed balance sheet recording receipts and expenditure in connection with a portrait of Sir Archibald Geikie, 15 June 1915.
