16 May 1832: resolution concerning the building of a ‘new house for the Society’;
15 May 1833: impression of the Society’s seal ‘representing a figure of Sir Isaac Newton resembling the statue in the Chapel of Trinity College’;
16 November 1835: extracts of letters were read from Sir J Herschel and Charles Darwin, the latter containing ‘accounts of the geology of - - - the Andes and S. America’;
14 December 1835: further communications from Charles Darwin;
30 April 1844: special meeting concerning the British Association meeting to be held in Cambridge in the summer of 1845.
