Volumes 5-11 are paginated. From 1850 additional items are often tipped or pasted in to the volumes. The minutes are written by hand from 1819 to 1933 (Volume 1 to part way through Volume 8). From 11 December 1933 the minutes are on typescript sheets tipped or pasted into the volumes.
