1) New bye-laws made 6 November 1843 relating to an increase in annual subscriptions and subscription arrangements for non-resident Fellows;
2) New bye-law made 30 May 1846 forbidding dividends etc to be paid to members, signed by James Challis, President, G S Paget, Treasurer, W Hopkins, Secretary, W Miller, Secretary, and Charles C Babington, Secretary, Cambridge 15 March 1847, and certified in London March 1847, 2 sheets.
