6 letters to Roger Hellyer from John Kenneth Sinclair St Joseph, Emeritus Professor of Aerial Photographic Studies, University of Cambridge, who between 1937 and 1941 was compiler of the northern sheets for O G S Crawford's quarter-inch map of Roman Britain. In the event only Scotland sheet 3 "Scotland in Roman times" was printed in 1940, of which some fifty copies were unofficially circulated.
