Family correspondence and genealogical papers of the Wiles Family, originally of Holywell near Stamford in Lincolnshire, then of Jamaica, London and Cambridge. There are letters from three sons of Henry Wiles (1729-1815), a gardener at Holywell, who settled in Jamaica: James (1768-1851) was superintendent of the Botanic Gardens in Kingston, Jamaica, and was joined by two of his brothers, Henry (1771-1846) and John (1778-1842).
