Scope and Contents
At View of Frankpledge and Court Baron before Daniel Smyth, Steward of the Manor. Grant to Thomas Richards, customary tenant of the manor, and Maria his wife of certain lands for the term of their natural lives or the longer liver of them, afterwards to the heirs of the body of Maria Richards by Thomas Richards, failing which issue to the heirs of Thomas Richards. They had previously been admitted to the same lands in 1677 and had surrendered them. Subscribed by Daniel Smyth.
