Manor roll (copy), Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire
Scope and Contents
At View of Frankpledge and Court Baron before Daniel Smyth, Steward of the Manor. Grant to William Knights Robson son of Jeremiah Robson of Waterbeach of certain land surrendered to his use by William Parish, customary tenant of the manor. William Knights Robson being an infant the lands were granted to his father Jeremiah Robson on condition that he keeps them in cultivation till his son attains his majority. It was found by homage that William Parish and Jeremiah Robson had agreed that William Knights Robson should have access to a certain area round the dwelling of William Parish.
