At view of Frankpledge and Court Baron. It was presented by homage that Anna Joyce died seised of a cottage in Church Street, devised by her husband Thomas Joyce, who in his will had devised it on her death to Thomas Haley of Grays, Essex. Thomas Haley being dead, his heir Eliza Haley was admitted to the property. Signed by George St Amand, Steward of the Manor.
