Francis Lord Hawley, Baron of Loughton, Sir William Howard, of Tandridge, Surrey, Sir John Talbott of Lacock, Wilts., and William Harbord of Grafton Park, Northants., surviving trustees for the sale of fee farm, rents etc. release to John Harris of the Inner Temple, London the fee farm rent issueing out of the manor of Leyston and all the interest in and to the same to have and to hold for ever. By an indenture dated 1 May 1672 Francis Lord Hawley, Sir Charles Harbord, since deceased, Sir William Howard, Sir John Talbott, Sir Robert Stewart, since deceased, and William Harbord had released to John Prestwood of London, since deceased, and John Harris the fee farm rent in question. The claim of John Prestwood was vested in John Harris.
