Scope and Contents
[Sir] Thomas Chicheley, of Wimpole, William Russell of Spinney Abbey, Cambs., and Joseph Loveland of Wimpole mortgage to John Cutler of London certain lands in Wimpole for a term of five hundred years. [Sir] Thomas Chicheley, William Russell, and Joseph Loveland according to an Indenture dated 10 Oct. 1654 between [Sir] Thomas Chicheley, Sarah his wife, Sir William Russell, and Edward Fenn on the one part and William Russell and Joseph Loveland on the other and according to a fine sur cognizance de droit comme ceo etc. stand seized of the lands in question.
