Receipt and release, Whaddon, Cambridgeshire
Scope and Contents
Nicholas Tempest, son of Thomas Tempest of Whaddon, deceased, acknowledges that he has received from his brother, Thomas Tempest, administrator of his father's goods, the sum of £200 due to him under his father's will, and releases to Henry Pickering of Whaddon and his trustees all claim and interest in the manor of Whaddon or other lands in the county. Witnessed by William Tempest and Hester Perkins.
