Scope and Contents
Sir Anthony Cage of Borough Green mortgages certain land in Borough Green to Jane Stownston, of Aldgate, London, for a term of three hundred years. This conveyance is the second of a pair, the first conveying the lands by lease, the present one making the lease void on condition of the payment of a certain sum on a certain day at a certain place. Witnessed by Ed. Sayer, Richard Barnes, and John Wighte.
