John Cooke of Guyhirn for a certain sum of money grants to William Coldwell of Wisbech nineteen acres of land in Guyhirn; on condition that on payment of certain sums the vendor re-enters into possession. Witnessed by Henry Barrett, Mich. Stanton, Ambrose Fryer, and Jho. Barnes.
