Scope and Contents
Draft of letter to Duke of Leeds about the rental of the Islands. Mr. Holmes, who keeps the Dolphin Tavern in Penzance, would be prepared to take over the whole of the Islands and made a good thing of it. He estimates that the rental should £3000 per annum.
