All the rest of his property to be divided equally between them. Charles Burton to be sole executor. Signed by Charles Burton. Witnessed by Thomas William Banfield, scrivener, of Epping, and William Crockford, clerks to Walter Chester Metcalfe, Solicitor, Epping.
