Will of John Fairchild, clerk, of Hilton, Hunts. All his estates in county of Cambridge and elsewhere, to his brother Joseph Fairchild, but if he should die or not return from his present voyage, to Thomas Talbot of Lindon, attorney-at-law, and Samuel Banks, tailor, of Cambridge, in trust to pay his mother Mary Fairchild the profits. She and his brother Joseph to be executors. Signed by John Fairchild. Witnessed by William Whitworth, J. Veasey, and J. King. Extracted by Thos. Adderley, Proctor, Doctors Commons.
