Scope and Contents
Will of Daniel Hale, yeoman, of Bulmer, Essex. £100 to his wife Margaret, and £100 each to his five children, Daniel, Joseph, Bernard, Margaret and Mary, his wife to have the interest on this £500 for life, as long as she remains unmarried; the children to have the principal on reaching 21 years, the residue of his estate to be put out to interest and used for his wife and his 2 brothers. Bernard Hale of Buer St. Marie, Suffolk, and John Hale of Bulmer, Essex, to be his executors. Signed by Daniel Hale. Witnessed by George Rutterforth and George [Nise?].
