To his wife Mary all his messuage etc. in which he now lives and 2 others in occupation of his daughter Mary Thredkell and John May all in the parish of St. Clement's, Ipswich ... Mary to sell or do what she likes with them and she to be sole executrix. Signed by Bartholemew Hovell. Witnessed by John Burrough, Joseph Abadham, and Abigale Mansur.
