William Towers, gent., of Haddenham, I. of E., Cambs., for divers causes doth sell to Thomas Castell the younger, gent., of Wilburton, one acre of freehold in Wilburton now in occupation of Edmund Web of Wilburton, viz. land next the Widdow Pope on the E. and the personage land W. one head butting upon gravel pitt way, the other on the undertaker's ground...near land of Francis Nutt...To have and to hold...to the only use of Thomas Castell and his heirs...Signed by William Towers. Witnessed by Towers Castell, Robert Finch, and [William?] Thorpe.
