Christopher Johnson, miller, of March, and Anne his wife, for £10 sell to William Rutter, the younger, carpenter, of March, and Alice his wife, 2 acres of fen, called Mumford lands, between the land of James Sheppard N., and the land now of William Neale, gent., S. and abutting on land of John Sheppard W., these lands being formerly the estate of Algernon Peyton, D.D., deceased, and lately of Thomas Wigglesworth, also deceased. Signed by Christopher and Anne Johnson, with seal. Witnessed by James Shepherd [sic], John Smith, and William [?], gent.
