Gabriel Sheppard, yeoman, of March in the parish of Doddington, Cambs., for £9 sells to John Neale, clerk, of Mileham, Norfolk, 2 acres 1 rood of fen land in Doddington (Lot 4 N18)...abutting upon White Fen Drove E, the land of John Neale and John Walsham, gent., W. on the land of William Philipson N...which were lately the inheritance of James Sheppard, late of March, deceased, and came to Gabriel as brother and next heir...To have and to hold etc. Signed by Gabriell Shepheard [sic]. Witnessed by John Jenyns, Isaac S. Gells, John Symons, and H. Wade.
