Scope and Contents
Indenture between Thomas Austin of Ely, gent., of the one part, and Roger Jenyus, esq., of Hayes, Msex, and his Roger Jenyus, of the other part. Witnesseth that Thomas Austin for £400 paid by Roger Jenyus hath bargained, sold and released...all that messuage on Palace Green in Ely and all appurtenances (esc. the two fen lots in Middle and Westmore Fen [see MS Doc.1063]). And Thos. Austin makes the usual promises for himself and Mary his wife...Signed by Thomas Austin. Witnessed by John Voyre, Isaac Skinner, William Martindale, and Richard Russell.
