Scope and Contents
At a Court of John, Visct. Tyrconnell before Richard Wycke, gent., steward. The homage presents that on 22 Apr. 1729, Daniel Bayley and Willow [Widow?] Hall out of Court surrendered by the hands of John Coales and Samuel Crockett all their premises in Stanground Northey to the use of [their?] will now to this Court comes Isaac Bayley son of Daniel, and exhibits the will bearing above date, which says: 'I give to my son Isaac all my copyhold lands in Stanground Northey'. And he seeks admission to the lands of Daniel Bayley recently dead and is admitted. Examined by Richard Wycke, steward.
