Scope and Contents
At a Court baron of Sir John [Brownlowe; 1st], Viscount Tyrconnell, before John Denton, gent., steward. The homage presents that on 1 Mar. 1717, Robert Clarke surrendered by the hands of Carrier Tompson, esq., and Richard York, a dole in Northey, to the use of Daniel Bayley, gent., who is present in Court by his attorney, Charles Burdett, gent....and is admitted tenant. Examined by J. Denton, steward.
