At a Court Baron of Sir John Brownlowe, Bt., and Ann Mason, his guardian, before Roger Pemberton, esq., steward. The homage presents that Sylvester Clark died before this Court seised of one dole in Northey and that Robert Clark is his son and next heir to whom the lands...should descend. And he comes...and is admitted tenant. Examined by J. Denton, dep. steward.
