At a Court Baron of Sir William Brownlowe, Bt., before Charles Whinyate, gent., steward: The homage presents that on 16 Apr. 1678, Anna Andrew, widow and customary tenant in her lifetime surrendered by the hands of Theodor Hennerton a dole in Northy to the use of Anna Waring, daughter of [Edrus?], to whom (Anna Waring...Bellamy) present in Court, the steward allowed...the claim and she is admitted. Examined by Charles Whinyate.
