At a Court Baron of William Brownlowe, esq., before Robert [Roger?] Pemberton, steward: The homage presents that Susanna Symons, a customary tenant, surrendered by the hands of the steward one dole in Northey and a close called Townsend Close to the use use of Edward Symons and he comes...and is admitted tenant, but because he is under age, Robert [Barrett?] is appointed his guardian. Examined by Roger Pemberton, steward (signed by himself).
