Scope and Contents
At a Court Baron of Charles [Fane], Earl of Westmorland, before Robert Pemberton, esq., steward. The homage presents that John Bludwick surrendered out of Court, before this one, viz. 10 Dec. 1670, by the hands of John Clement...a dole of land in Northey of about 4 acres. To the use of John Setchell...who is admitted tenant. Examined by Robert Pemberton, steward.
