This is the final agreement...at Westminster...before Charles Herbert, Thomas Street, Charles Lutwich, and Christopher Milton, justices...between William Seley, gent., and Poynty Porter, esq., and Elizabeth his wife, deforc. conc. 70 ares of land, 15 acres of meadow, and 10 [centum written above] acres of pasture...in Southam, whereupon a plea of covenant was summoned between them and Poynty and Elizabeth acknowledged the land to be the right of William as that which he hath of gift. And they will warrant...And William pays to them £200.
