Scope and Contents
Richard Noar of Eaton Bray sells to Benjamin Gray of Dagnall, Edlesborough, Buckinghamshire and Jeremy Willis of Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, certain land in Eaton Bray for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, in order that Benjamin Gray and Jeremy Willis may be able to take a grant and release of the reversion and inheritance. Witnesses: David Lee Willis, Valentine Willis. One seal is attached.
