Douglas Gohl: Correspondence on Cambridge University Labour Club history
Scope and Contents
Correspondence of D.A. Gohl concerning the history of Cambridge University Labour Club 1953-54. Gohl wrote to former officers and other stalwarts of the Club, several of whom had since entered national politics. In addition to their replies, the collection includes Gohl's carbon copies of his enquiries, and a menu for the Club's annual dinner in November 1953.
The first minute book of the Club (1920-28) is in Cambridge University Archives (SOC.101).
